LightSources and our European partner LightTech have developed patented LongLife™ technology, enhancing performance and expanding the life span of our UV bulbs.  LongLife™ proprietary coating is applied to all UV germicidal lamp products, extending average life span to 16,000 hours, compared with 9,000 hours for the average comparable lamp.

Not only does our LongLife™ technology extend the life span of our lamps, it provides for consistent performance exhibiting superior effectiveness throughout the extended life span of the bulbs.  This specialty designed coating not only extends the life span, it aids the bulbs in burning more efficiently.
