Cerlux has the capability to produce your custom ceramic bases and sockets with either a manual hand-press, or a fully automated process, whichever your process calls for.  Cerlux has vast expertise in fabricating proprietary fittings and sockets, and all parts are tested in our facility before assembling and shipping to our customers.  Strict quality policies are followed throughout the manufacturing process, assuring that you receive the best product available, made with the finest of components and verified processes.

Quality Manufacturing of Lamp Bases and Sockets

Cerlux utilizes a stamping process to manufacture electric insulators, tips, washers, resistant grinding cylinders, and much more.   Part of the ceramic process includes firing, which is performed at very high temperatures of at least 1,000°C.    The heat from our kiln is actually recycled to heat our water and buildings, not wasting the energy or heat source used in our production operations.  Cerlux places a high value on energy efficiency, recycling and re-using resources whenever possible.   One final step in manufacturing ceramic bases is glazing which protects the ceramic surface of the products.  While a white glazing is a standard common choice, your color options are endless with Cerlux’s unique ability to custom match your colors.

A-Power™   Our A-Power™ family of tanning lamps use patented superior UVA output technology that also emits powerful UVB rays that peak at the optimal wavelength output, providing a long lasting tan.

MulltiTone™ technology employs dual coating for varying degrees of exposure that alter from the face, body and extremities.  These proprietary lamps are the combined effort of research and development from both our domestic and European partners, resulting in lamps that provide the optimum UVA and UVB wavelength output to deliver an even tan on different parts of the body.   It’s like two or three tanning lamps in one!

Peak2® is our proprietary technology with a balanced phosphor mix that emits both high UVA and UVB output with just one phosphor.  This patented technology delivers dual spectral peaks in the maximum pigmentation range.

SolGlass™ lamps are the only in the industry emitting optimal wavelengths at 300nm combined with our proprietary technology allowing for over 75% of UVB energy to pass through, compared to 36% for typical tanning lamps.  This narrow-band UVA provides immediate coloring.

Twist Swirl is a uniquely shaped lamp with wattages available between 100W through 225W, and is available in all standard lengths.  This custom designed glass comes with or without a 180° reflector, and either a dual or tri-coat.
