As our strategic European partner, LightTech holds virtually an identical product portfolio to the LightSources’ operations in North America.  In addition LightTech also operates one of the most advanced glassworks in Europe.  Located in Dunakeszi, Hungary, it houses all major operations including manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, sales, and administrative services.  The facility consists of four large buildings that is spread over 20 acres and includes the glass factory, offices, and production halls.

Our state-of-the-art glass factory opened in 2001 and is the only one in the region to produce and sell open, closed, FS, germicidal glass as well as our proprietary SolGlass®.  The technologically advanced facility also has the resources to engineer both custom lighting and proprietary lighting solutions with internal chemistry and phosphor capabilities.  We manufacture T4, T5, T6, T8, T10 & T12 fluorescent and germicidal soft glass for our needs as well as for specific customers. 

One of the biggest benefits we offer our customers is that since we control the entire process, it allows us the ability to offer short runs, quick turnaround, and quality control.  Also in order to meet increasing global demand, we have expanded our operations to include a second furnace along with another manufacturing line.  Furthermore, this extensive production capacity allows us to adapt quickly to new trends and to create specialty standard and customized OEM-oriented lighting solutions.
